In the spring of 1993, four men at Texas Tech University established Kappa Upsilon Chi, a fraternity based on accountability, prayer, brotherhood and faith in Jesus Christ. Since the fall of 2005, when KYX was established at Florida State University, we have inducted over forty men into this brotherhood. Our secondary name Keeping Under Christ defines our mission to minister to young men at Florida State University, providing fellowship and discipleship between Christian men from many different denominations and campus organizations. By blending the close knit brotherhood of a fraternity with the unshakable faith we hold as brothers in Christ, we form a strong community of Christian men, seeking to be what the Lord calls us to be. We do this only with the help of our Savior Jesus Christ, and intend to glorify Him as we remain unconquered in our faith.
